Hey, at least they are still alive. I manage to kill everything I touch so I leave the growing to my husband. He doesn’t know anything about plants either. He just plants things and if they grow great and if they don’t then he replaces them with something else. It is all trial and error.

RYC: Go to the nearest oriental food store and pick up some Korean red pepper or crushed red pepper from walmart and some korean hot sauce (red bean paste) and some rice. take it home and cook him up some korean food. mostly green onions, garlic, some ginger, hot sauce and/or red pepper and meat. serve it with rice. bulgogi (or pulgogi) is really easy, just buy a chuck or butt roast and have the butcher slice it sandwich thin (or do it yourself), marinate it overnight in soy sauce, green onions, garlic, sesame seeds or oil and some cooking oil(don’t use if you use sesame oil). cook it anyway you want (broiler, stove top or grill). check the net for other recipes. you can even find recipes to make kimchi…….mmmmm for that you’ll need the hot pepper.
