A Cute Story

We were walking out of the Grey Goose Cookery Store.. when Anna
said something about a bunny being in the water.. I searched and
searched and was about to give up.. but she kept insisting that it was
there.. She saw it run.. and she was pointing but I couldn’t find
anything.

Then I noticed something.. in between the rocks.. hiding (or trying to)
.. it was not moving at all.. So we stopped one of the employees of the
store and she climbed the fence to check it out..

Sure enough.. it was a little bunny, the size of my fist.. So tiny and
very scared.  They were going to call the maintance man.. There
was concerned that it would be killed if left there.  Anna was sad
and we went back in the store.  I asked if she could get a better
look at the bunny and she did.  The bunny was so adorable.. but
they did not want Anna touching it.. just in case.

Later, when we went back to the store.. Anna wanted me to ask about the
bunny.  The Lady who picked her up from the rocks decided to keep
the bunny and took her home..

We told Anna that she was a hero.  She had saved that bunny from being hurt.. and she cried and said,
“I am not a hero.. cause I am not a boy!”
